Pricing FAQs

Does Prevail Heart & Metabolic accept insurance?

Prevail Heart & Metabolic operates on transparent, self-pay telehealth pricing. After each visit you receive a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance company or use with an HSA or FSA for possible reimbursement.

What is included in the initial visit fee?

The $100 initial visit includes a full review of your health history and medications, discussion of recent labs, and development of a personalized plan for your weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol goals with Christine Turnage, DNP.

How often will I need follow-up visits?

Follow-up visit frequency depends on your individual plan, labs, and how your medications are being adjusted. Many patients return every four to twelve weeks. Each $65 follow-up visit reviews your progress and refines your care plan.

Are acute telehealth visits priced the same as cardiometabolic visits?

Acute telehealth visits for established patients, such as sinus infections or medication refills, are billed at the standard follow-up visit rate of $65. Pricing is confirmed before your visit so there are no surprises.
